LEGALS ONLY ("registry office" style wedding)

A Legals Only wedding is where I prepare and lodge your paperwork to ensure that you are legally married. I do not conduct a ceremony - we say the legal minimum wording only, as required by the Marriage Act. This is the sort of wedding you have if you go to the Office of Births Deaths and Marriages (their weekday charge is about $360). My price reflects the fact that you can choose the venue and have more guests if you like.  You will need to provide 2 witnesses who are at least 18 years old.

My fee includes a Letter of Support for Immigration if required, preparation of all paperwork, lodgement of paperwork with BDM, and travel within 50km's of the CBD. Travel over 50kms from CBD attracts an additional fee per km.

My fee does not include the Official Certificate of Marriage - you apply for this separately once your marriage has been registered with Births Deaths and Marriages.

CO-PILOT

>  Monday to Friday - $450

A co-pilot wedding involves a friend or relation of your choice writing and delivering the ceremony, and I make sure that you are legally married. I still attend the ceremony and you can use my PA and other equipment on the day. I also attend the rehearsal.

A non-refundable booking fee of $200 is payable to lock in your date once you have booked with me.
