Perfect for couples who want something simple, intimate and stress-free. A simple ceremony using the legally required wording only, conducted at a location of your choice.

What is a Legals Only wedding?

In this situation I prepare and lodge your paperwork to ensure that you are legally married. I do not conduct a ceremony - we say the legal minimum wording only, as required by the Marriage Act. This is the sort of wedding you have if you go to the Office of Births Deaths and Marriages (their weekday charge is $436).

 

My price reflects the fact that you can choose the venue and have more guests if you like.  You will need to provide 2 witnesses who are at least 18 years old and who can hear and understand the ceremony.

My fee includes a Letter of Support for Immigration if required, preparation of all paperwork, lodgement of paperwork with BDM, and travel within 50km's of the CBD. Travel over 50kms from CBD attracts an additional fee per km.

My fee does not include the Official Certificate of Marriage - you apply for this separately once your marriage has been registered with Births Deaths and Marriages.

What is a co-pilot wedding?
A Co-Pilot Wedding allows a friend or family member of your choice to write and deliver your ceremony, while I take care of all the legal requirements to ensure you’re officially married. I’ll still be there on the day, provide my PA and equipment if needed, and guide you through the rehearsal so everything runs smoothly. I’m also here to help with ceremony ideas and can support your chosen person with tips on delivering the ceremony confidently.

SHORT AND SWEET CEREMONY

>  Monday to Friday - $650

>  Saturday, Sunday or Public Holiday - $800

A ceremony designed around you - your story, your vibe, your moment.

I will design and deliver your short and sweet ceremony, which will be written just for you. The ceremony includes all elements of a traditional wedding ceremony. This will take about 20 minutes.  Price includes unlimited meetings, attendance at rehearsal, and use of my PA for the ceremony.

After the marriage has been registered with Births Deaths and Marriages you will need to apply for your Official Certificate of Marriage - the cost for this is NOT included in my fee. ​​​A non-refundable booking fee of $250 is payable to lock in your date once you have booked with me.
